I currently work as the studio manager and lead trainer at The Blend Nutrition and Gym. I schedule my private/group sessions at this location and we also have a Cardio Kickboxing class . At the studio/Gym we also have a full Juice bar and sell Meal Preps to help you in your weight loss journey. We also have strength and conditioning coaches and all trainers offer personalized training programs at the personal training gym. Knowledgeable Training Expertise
With years of success and experience as my journey as a trainer started in 2015 with group fitness, private sessions, and motivational coach. My life and future in the fitness world has been amazing and I love what I do everyday working with my clients 1 on 1 and motivating them to be successful is just what god has put me here to do. I am able to work with all types of situations. My main focus is to introduce fitness as an everyday activity and something we do to be healthier, the good looks and weight loss will come with the little changes.

Our facility is equipped with fitness equipment, including cardio machines, weightlifting equipment, and more. You'll have everything you need to get in shape and stay healthy. I also keep track of my clients daily tracking (BODY FAT%/ BMI/ PR/ WEEKLY TRACKING) to obtain a healthy calorie deficit so the weight loss is more natural and healthy for long term results. I have meal prep available to help guide the weight loss journey. We do make organic drinks for meal replacement and supplements as well and natural supplements at the location as well.
